Product model:

Brief description:Phantoms are a full range of anthropomorphic cross-sectional dosimetry models used to study organ dose, systemic effective dose and validation of therapeutic radiation therapy doses. There are six models to choose from: newborn, 1-, 5-, and 10-year-old child models, and adult male and female models. Each phantom is designed as a traditional 25mm thick section. The cross-section is very flat and smooth and does not require any special coating or treatment.

Detailed introduction

KR603 Anthropomorphic cross-sectional dosimetry model

Product introduction

Phantoms are a full range of anthropomorphic cross-sectional dosimetry models used to study organ dose, systemic effective dose and validation of therapeutic radiation therapy doses. There are six modes to choose from: Newborn,1, 5 and 10 year old child models as well as adult male and female models.

Each phantom is traditional in design25mm thick section. The cross-section is very flat and smooth and does not require any special coating or treatment. This results in a minimal interface between the plates when viewed in reconnaissance or projection X-rays. The ATOM series is also different from other dose measurement modes in that it provides optimized TLD positions for 21 internal organs.

Tissue equivalent epoxy was used on all aspects of the phantom.CIRS technology provides superior tissue simulation dosimetry validation models by covering a wider range of energy levels, from diagnostic to therapeutic. Additionally, all bones are uniform and formulated to represent average bone composition for age. CIRS bone formulas offer clear advantages over natural bone and other types of simulated bone.

Phantom Features and Benefits

Phantom models cover a wide range of patient ages

Organ-specific doses with smallest detectors

Superior tissue simulation and realistic imaging properties

homogeneous bone

1. Purpose: The phantom can be used for positioning exercises and general X-ray training

2. Full-body X-ray CT teaching phantom, real-life skeleton, realistic heart, lungs, larynx and kidneys made of artificial materials;

3. The joints can move normally and can achieve basic positioning for X-ray training or scientific research applications. There are no metal parts or liquid structures;

4. Materials: Bones: real bones; soft tissues and organs: polyurethane-based resin (SZ-50); joint connectors: epoxy resin, with a strong protective jacket at the joints, which has the same composition as human skin, polyurethane carbon fiber; screws: polycarbonate;

5. Whole body X-ray CT teaching phantom includes: head, left upper arm, left hand, left thigh, left calf, right calf, right thigh, right hand, right upper arm, chest + abdomen;

6. Positioning of the phantom:

The right shoulder rotates sideways to a horizontal position; the left shoulder rotates forward to a horizontal position; the elbow bends inwards approximately90 degrees; the hip joints rotate forward to 90 degrees, and then rotate outward to 45 degrees; the knees are slightly bent at about 90 degrees; the phantom can be held in a supine frog-legged position; the support of the head facilitates various head positions;

7. Suitable for X-ray/CT scanning of any part, the imaging effect is consistent with the real human body, and the bone age can be distinguished normally in the image.

X-ray training phantom technical parameters

1. Patient positioning:

Rotate your right shoulder sideways to a horizontal position.

Rotate your shoulders forward and up to a horizontal position.

Bend your elbows inwards approximately90 degrees.

The hip joints rotate forward respectively to90 degrees, then rotate outward to 45 degrees.

Knees slightly bent90 degrees. The phantom can be held in a supine frog-legged position.

The limbs and head are firmly connected, and the head support facilitates various head positioning.

2. Materials and characteristics:

Soft tissue and organs: polyurethane-based resin (SZ-50)

Skeleton: real human skeleton

Joint connectors: epoxy resin, polyurethane, carbon fiber

Screws: polycarbonate
