Detailed introduction
Product introduction
Low contrast detail detection phantom United KingdomLeeds / TO16 / TO20
1. The low-contrast detail phantom is used to quickly and quantitatively detect image imaging quality, and can be used in X-ray radiography systems, CR systems (TO16); fluoroscopy and angiography systems (TO20).
2. Diameter 250mm, thickness 10mm; there are 12 groups of different detail points in the circular plate, and each group has 12 detail points of different diameters. The contrast of 144 detail points ranges from 0.0014 to 0.924 (at 75kV and 1.5mm copper filtering).
Features of TO16 low contrast detail detection phantom:
1. The low-contrast detail phantom is used to quickly and quantitatively detect image imaging quality, and can be used in X-ray imaging systems and CR systems;
2. These test objects are designed to quickly quantify image quality. The results can be plotted on a threshold detection exponential curve.

There are in the round plate12 groups of different detail points, each group has 12 detail points with different diameters, diameters from 0.25m to 11mm
144 detail points with contrast ranging from 0.0014 to 0.924 (at 75kV and 1.5mm copper filtered strips)
144 details (12×12 contrasting details)
Size range11mm to 0.25mm
Contrast range0.0014 to 0.924 (under 75kV, 1.5mm Cu filter conditions)
The TO series of contrast detail phantoms are designed for rapid quantitative assessment of image quality. The evaluation results can be plotted on the threshold detection indicator curve. TO 16 contrast detail phantom is used in computerized digital X-ray photography systems. There are 12 contrast detection patterns distributed on each detail specification.
The Leeds TO16 phantom is a circular plate with a thickness of 10mm and a diameter of 250mm. It can display 144 circular detectable details, divided into 12 groups. Each group contains different detail diameters. The same diameter corresponds to 12 contrasts, and different ray energies have different contrasts.

With the development of technology, direct digital imaging systems(DR) has become very popular in clinical practice. Compared with screen systems, a well-adjusted DR equipment has higher exposure latitude and detection quantum efficiency (DQE). By improving the DQE of the detector, a win-win situation of improving image quality and reducing patient dose can be achieved. DR equipment usually has a subject dose calculation function, but its image quality is difficult to evaluate quantitatively and qualitatively. The TO 16 phantom is a phantom designed to evaluate the threshold contrast detail detection capability (TCDD) of DR equipment, which in turn reflects the signal-to-noise ratio and low contrast resolution of the system. Hospital technicians and quality control personnel regularly detect TCDD. Combined with the dose situation, a comprehensive evaluation of the overall performance of the DR equipment can be made.
Used regularly by hospital technicians and quality control personnelThe TCDD of the TO 16 phantom test digital imaging system can quantitatively and qualitatively analyze and evaluate the low contrast resolution. Combined with the dose profile of the subject provided by the digital imaging system itself, the performance of the imaging system can be comprehensively evaluated to ensure that the system is always in good working condition.
L hospital technicians and quality control personnel regularly use the Leeds TO16 phantom to test the TCDD of the digital imaging system, which can quantitatively and qualitatively analyze and evaluate the low contrast resolution. Combined with the subject dose provided by the digital imaging system itself, the performance of the imaging system can be comprehensively evaluated to ensure that the system is always in good working condition.
Leeds To20 Pattern vs. Leeds The TO16 phantom is similar. Both detection devices (phantoms) are a circular plate with a diameter of 250mm and a thickness of 10mm. There are 12 groups of different detail sizes arranged in the plate, each with 12 details of the same diameter. The 12 groups of detail diameter sizes range from 0.25mm to 11mm. A total of 144 details are obtained from 0.0014 to 0.924 (under 75kV and 1.5mm copper filter conditions). 12 groups of different contrast ranges.
Both detection devices are availableThere are 12 sets of different contrast range values of images acquired at 60, 65, 70 and 80kV under 1.5mm copper filtration conditions. The final measurement result can be displayed as a threshold detection index curve graph.
The TO series of contrast detail phantoms are designed for rapid quantitative assessment of image quality. The evaluation results can be plotted on the threshold detection indicator curve.
