Product introduction:

The AAPM CT Performance Phantom CIRS 610 provides users with a single test object to measure 10 different CT performance parameters. The phantom is designed based on the American Association of Physicists' Medical Task Force guidelines for CT scanner phantom reporting. The objectives of the report are to (1) define CT scanner performance and (2) describe phantom performance testing methods through the use of specific phantoms.

oneCT value linear inserts, high contrast inserts, and slice thickness inserts are all combined in an 8.5-inch diameter PMMA water tank, equipped with quick-release valves for easy filling and draining. Also included is a 0.25-inch bone equivalent ring that can be used with the insert to evaluate the effectiveness of beam hardening.

Comparative test objects adhered to the bottom, including two rows of diameterCavities from 1 to 0.125 inches, cavity filling is available for a variety of solutions for contrast evaluation.
