USAThe CIRS 048A multimodal male pelvic phantom is designed for realistic abdominal and transrectal ultrasound scanning of the bladder and prostate. The CIRS 048A multimodal male pelvic phantom includes pelvic bones, anechoic bladder, prostate, urethra, seminal vesicles and rectum enclosed in a pelvis-shaped plastic shell with Z-Skin™ membrane. Z-Skin's self-healing properties make the design ideal for biopsies and other image-guided procedure presentations.
USAThe CIRS 048A multimodal male pelvic phantom is made from materials that can be imaged under ultrasound, MRI and CT, allowing the phantom to be used in applications requiring multiple modalities, such as radiation therapy planning. The phantom has certified prostate and bladder volumes, allowing assessment of volume measurement accuracy. Modifications can be made, such as permanently embedded brachytherapy "virtual" seeds or gold fiducial markers for demonstrating target visualization.
Each model comes with a certificate of compliance.
