USALUDLUM Model 2241-4 neutron dose rate detector is a high-performance, portable neutron dose rate meter launched by Ludlum. The system combines a high-performance, digital measurement host and an independent peripheral, highly sensitive REM-Ball neutron detector (42-31H). The measurement host adopts Ludlum's new generation digital display technology and integrates a fast microprocessor internally, which can quickly analyze the measurement signal. The core external neutron detector adopts a large-size slowed neutron detector, which can provide better sensitivity. It can be widely used in environmental protection, disease control (CDC) and health supervision agencies, nuclear material research, nuclear power plants, nuclear decommissioning and decontamination and other fields.

Things to note:
l Do not contaminate this instrument through contact with radiating surfaces or materials
l Do not place the instrument above50℃ or exposed to the sun for a long time
l Do not get the instrument wet. Water can damage the mica surface coating of circuit boards and Geiger tubes
l IfThe mica window of the Geiger tube has been damaged or worn by water vapor. Please do not use the detector window to measure against the sun; this will affect the reading.
l don'tRadalert 100 is placed in the microwave. It cannot measure microwaves and you may damage it or the microwave
l If the instrument is not expected to be used for more than a month, please remove the battery to prevent battery corrosion.
